Anomalis Cumulus is an evolved element of Arcanis Hydrius, Arcanis Cerauno, and Arcanis Cyclonis. It can manipulate the evaporated water and creates various kind of storms if full potential.
Due to ancient arts being rare, no one has created this art but assumed that it existed after some research about water vapor and clouds.
