Fear is a Fusion Superelement. Its color palette consists of mostly black, with some blood red, white, orange, teal, green, light grey, brown, and small bits of purple. Its medal depicts a Jack 'o Lantern.

Fear is a terrifying Element based on attacking enemies when they least expect it, and from odd angles, while also having potential to catch them by surprise. However, it is more vulnerable close up, lacking any close range spell besides the Ultimate.

This Element can be obtained by fusing Nightmare (1000 D) and Mind (Not released yet), costing 1030 Diamonds to fuse. The other requirements to obtain the Element have yet to be decided, meaning that it is not ready to be launched yet.

Summary[]

Fear is a long/medium distance ambush Element with almost no spells that shoot directly. It can deal massive damage to unprepared enemies. On top of that, it is also chalk-full of tricky mechanics that make it even harder for the foe to fight back, let alone figure out what's going on. The one thing the user should beware about is the amount of time each spell takes to actually do anything, requiring some timing and sometimes aiming efforts for effective use, though scoring a hit on opponents (Especially large groups of them) can be very rewarding. Fear mainly specializes in screen effects, which can distract enemy players, and overtime damage to slowly whittle down enemies' health, though not providing much assistance for the caster themself like healing or self-defense. Phobia Enforce can stun a large group of enemies at once.

Strengths[]

  • Can alter opponents' screens and stun them, hindering their ability to fight back.
  • High Damage floor.
  • No Elemental Weaknesses. You can't hide from your fear.
  • Most spells don't shoot directly from the caster.
  • Phobia Enforce can trap and damage large groups of enemies.
  • Ultimate has double purpose.
  • Mid and Long ranges.

Weaknesses[]

  • No Elemental strengths.
  • The only spell with healing abilities cannot heal the caster.
  • Slow Element; Most spells take a moment to actually do anything.
  • High Mana costs.
  • Vulnerable close up and to Rushdowns due to the lack of any close range effective spell besides the Ultimate.
    • To beat this Element, you must face your fear, not run from it.
  • Some spells may struggle against fast opponents.

Spells[]

Zone Response
Spell 1 Hellborne Hallucination (ヘルボーンホールシネーション/Herubōnhōrushinēshon)
Spell Type Multi-Projectile
Spell Description "Summon eyes from a casted shadow that will attack where you aim and make cracks form on opponents’ screens"
Spell Info The caster creates a shadow on the ground where their mouse cursor travels, from which 10 eyeballs emerge (13 if fully charged.) After appearing, the eyeballs will float in the air for a second, facing nearby enemies, then accelerate towards where the caster aims. Each eyeball bursts into black, dark energy upon contact with anything, deals 26 damage, and puts cracks on enemies’ screens. These cracks last for 1 second if 1-3 eyeballs hit, 3 seconds if 4-6 hit, and 4 seconds if 7 or more hit. The shadow that summons the eyeballs vaguely seems to be coming from the caster, who displays glowing red eyes. It will also apply a dense layer of darkness around anyone caught in the shadow, which lasts for 5 seconds.
  • It consumes 275 Mana (290 if fully charged) and has a 10-second cooldown.
  • Note: None of the effects caused by this spell will affect teammates/party members.
Spell 2 Phobia Enforce (フォビアエンフォース/Fobiaenfōsu)
Spell Type AoE
Spell Description "Lob a large spider web that will trap those who step on it in a cocoon filled with spiders that will attack them while also blocking their view"
Spell Info The caster throws a white gooey glob which, upon an angle, falls to the ground and creates a large spider’s web there, which can be placed on both ground and walls. When holding their click, the caster can aim their throw similarly to Technology’s Vortex Bomb-3000, with a second medal and arrows that only they can see. Upon being placed, the web stays present for 5 seconds. Any enemies who steps on it, or are caught in the blast radius of the throw, will become trapped within cocoons for 3 seconds. Once they become trapped, they get covered in spiders that immediately begin to deal 15 damage over time (Over 8 seconds) while also blocking the targets’ view for the duration. If it is placed on a wall and the caster touches it, they will grow spider legs on their back, allowing them to climb the web.
  • It consumes 325 Mana and has a 6-second cooldown after the web disappears.
  • Note: Teammates/Party members cannot be affected by the web.
Spell 3 Jumpscare (ジャンプスケア/Janpusukea)
Spell Type Transportation
Spell Description "Surround yourself in shadows and teleport. Any opponents you reappear next to will suffer a terrifying attack from the darkness"
Spell Info The caster surrounds themself in shadows, then quickly (And almost silently) teleports to wherever they click. Any enemies the caster reappears next to (Not party members or teammates) will be lifted into the air and trapped in orbs of darkness that blind the targets. 3 seconds later, victims will hear a screeching sound as the orb they are trapped in explodes and deals 350 damage before dropping them back down with 4 seconds of a monochromic screen.
  • It consumes 250 Mana (50 extra if an opponent was affected) and has an 8-second cooldown.
Spell 4 Jack 'o Bomb (ジャックオボム/Jakkuobomu)
Spell Type Projectile
Spell Description "Summon a dark portal in the sky which fires three jack o’ lantern bombs that can stun victims and set ghostly flames"
Spell Info A shadowy portal appears in the sky above the caster, with a jack o’ lantern face staring through it, that displays an orange, cursor following light where it fires three large, flaming jack o’ lantern bombs (With a 0.35 second delay between each). These create fiery explosions that will each deal 130 damage (+5 per second charged,) knock enemies down with a 1 second trip, and set spooky flames to the ground. The flames deal 50 damage overtime, which lowers by 5 points, dealing 275 burn damage overall. The entire spell can deal a total of a whopping 665 damage. The caster can hold their click for up to 6 seconds to delay the shots and increase their damage.
  • It consumes 325 (+5 per half second charged) and has an 11-second cooldown.
Spell 5 Traumatizing Turmoil (トラウマタイジングターメスティック/Toraumataijingutāmesutikku)
Spell Type Ultimate
Spell Description "Raise a full moon and trap all surrounding opponents in a dark vortex, which issues a haunting attack to the trapped enemies. Meanwhile, you can shoot rapid dark blasts"
Spell Info Once used, the sky turns pitch black with a visible crescent moon present, darkening the world for all players in the server. The caster flies into the air, pulling all nearby enemies with them, and creates a giant, blood red portal which absorbs them all. Targets are held within the portal and take a total of 855 damage through the portal’s lifetime of 12 seconds, before they are thrown away. During this, all the victims will see is themselves trapped inside a shadowy orb inside a dark realm, holding them in place, then repeatedly hit with lightning strikes, flames from the jack o’ lantern below them, a bunch of bats and flaming skull projectiles for the duration, ending with a gigantic, pumpkin headed demon slashing at them with its scythe. Meanwhile, the caster can fire 48 large flaming skull projectiles (4 per second) which deal 15 damage, stun, and put skulls on targets’ screens for half a second. Any party members who are caught in the spell will heal damage instead of taking damage. After all targets are released and the portal disappears, the sky will turn back to normal.
