Ice (アイス/Aisu), or Genshi Shimo (原始霜) as it's properly called, is a Uncommon Fusion Element. Its color palette consists of different shades of white, light blue, sky blue and baby blue. Its medal depicts a shard of ice.
Ice is a low damage Element capable of freezing enemies or otherwise halting their progress, effective at both close and long range.
This Element can be obtained by fusing Water and Wind (Both costing 200 D), with no additional Diamond cost. As an Uncommon Fusion, it requires any Fusion Skill.
Summary[]
Despite questionable damage, Ice is a lethal foe if used correctly. Where it lacks in power, it makes up for with speed and unique mechanics such as freezing and frostbite, slowing enemies down or stopping them on the spot completely. This is the Element that relies on these two effects the most out of any Element in the game, as well as being a versatile all-rounder with lots of uses. It can get around almost anywhere with Frosted Floor, while Freezing Touch makes both a reliable counter and a great start to a counter attack or combo, ensuring the opponent won't have time to get out of any high damage attack. When used by itself though, it's only hope is to slowly whittle down the opponent, as it may otherwise have no chance with its low damage. So it's best to bring a more damaging Element with you if you plan to use it if you're the offensive type.

Lore[]
Genshi Shimo, the Element of the New Hope Council, is a frighteningly freezing weapon of ice mages, founded deep within the tall mountains in Never-Drought. It is basically known as ice magic, capable of bringing temperatures far below zero to create constructs and spells out of ice and snow, or just freezing wind to chill those who get caught within it. Depending one the user’s power level, it can form things from the thinnest sheet of ice to whole blizzards, even in places that would otherwise be too hot for there to be any ice. In order to grasp it, one must intensely mix their Gensei Nagare and Teikiatsu powers, which cool each other down until they form newly generated Shimo energy, which can be absorbed to create ice and cold as the wielder wishes. To practice it is easy enough, but increasing its potential requires time spent gathering magic stones (Shards, most reliably) and using them along with more Shimo magic substance caused by the two Elements mixing, and not before proper studying and safety measures either.
The Element was first discovered by an unexpected event involving the Wind Empress Athena while she was residing in the cold mountains, where she set a powerful wind gust spell on an invading water dragon and broke it into magic-infused ice, which fell upon the unsuspecting Robloxians below and granted them the first signs of Genshi Shimo magic. After Athena left, the new mages grew up to hold a council in the mountains as to watch over further events occurring in the Water Kingdom, a time in which they were now known as the New Hope Council. It isn’t considered wise to use this Element’s power against the likes of hotter Elements like Gensei Kogasu and Genshi Kazan since, like any ice, the freezing constructs can easily melt once they leave the Element’s cold embrace. It does however prove lethal to liquid or plant-based Elements like Gensei Nagare and Gensei Sahohime, with a tendency to freeze their spells and render them brittle and ineffective. Other than combat, Genshi Shimo may have other uses as well.
Spells[]
Zone | Response |
---|---|
Spell 1 | Icicle Storm (アイシクルストーム/Aishikurusutōmu) |
Spell Type | Multi-Projectile |
Spell Description | "Fire a swarm of icicles that cause dangerous ice spikes to grow from the ground" |
Spell Info | A cloud of cold air appears beside the caster’s right, forming a maximum of 20 icicles that are then fired as projectiles right after they are formed, each dealing 15 damage and creating a small cluster of ice spikes (With one much larger one in the middle) where it lands. The ice spikes last for 5 seconds and will deal 5 damage over time to enemies making contact with them. The cloud (And thus the icicles that haven’t been fired yet) will follow the caster as they move, always sticking to their location around them.
|
Spell 2 | Freezing Touch (フリージングタッチ/Furījingutatchi) |
Spell Type | Counter |
Spell Description | "Imbue your finger with chilling energy, freezing anyone you touch in place" |
Spell Info | The caster gains a brief blue glow and holds their finger out in front of them. If any enemy is within 4 studs in front of the caster and gets touched, they will be frozen in place for 4 seconds, unable to move or do anything. This effect ends immediately once the victim is hit by any spell or attack, which will shatter the ice instantly. The caster holds their finger out for roughly a second, so it is possible to counter opponents using transportation spells or dashing towards them for a melee; The effect also applies to enemies who hit the caster with a melee attack or contact spell while their finger is still being held out, and the caster will take 50% less damage from the attack.
|
Spell 3 | Permafrost (ペルマフロスト/Perumafurosuto) |
Spell Type | AoE |
Spell Description | "Raise a row of large ice spikes to trap enemies in front of you, giving you time to attack" |
Spell Info | The caster kneels down, places their hands on the ground in front of them into a small circle of baby blue light, and raises a straight row of 5 short, 20-stud diameter ice spikes from the ground ahead, each dealing 100 damage and trapping enemies inside them, rendering them helpless while inside. Once the last spike emerges, all spikes shatter at the same time, dealing an extra 165 damage and leaving victims with 4 seconds of frostbite while also leaving 5.5 second ice craters where they once were. The caster can move and launch additional attacks once two spikes have risen.
|
Spell 4 | Frosted Floor (フロストフロア/Furosutofuroa) |
Spell Type | Transportation |
Spell Description | "Draw a line of frozen ground that you can skate on, but which enemies will slip on if they step on it" |
Spell Info | The caster raises their hand into the air as it glows bright baby blue. Roughly 0.75 seconds later, their hand shoots a medium range beam of freezing energy that moves with the caster’s mouse cursor and draws a 30-stud wide line of ice on any surface it touches for a second before it deactivates. Enemies who step on the shiny, light blue ice will slip and fall with a 1 second trip, and will not be able to get up again until the ice melts or if they manage to get off. The caster and their team/party, however, can skate on the ice to travel twice their normal movement speed along the line, as well as travel up walls should the beam draw a line up one. The beam also deals 34 damage every 0.25 seconds to enemies it comes into contact with. The caster can hold their click for an extra second to delay the spell and increase the duration of the beam by 0.5 seconds. The ice melts and disappears 4 seconds after being placed.
|
Spell 5 | Whirlwind Snowdome (ワールウィンドスノードーム/Wāruu~indosunōdōmu) |
Spell Type | Ultimate |
Spell Description | "Perform the blizzard dance, an elegant movement display that will shroud you and your surroundings in an powerful snowstorm" |
Spell Info | The caster lifts slightly into the air and creates a large glass sphere around themselves with a 16-stud radius, in which they are then surrounded by baby blue, freezing fog, snowflakes and icicle stalagmites. It takes roughly 3 seconds for the sphere to completely fill up before it shatters and releases the caster, along with the blizzard around them as a tall, circular cyclone of icy mist, snow and icicles that follows the caster as they move around. Around 45 studs in radius, the cyclone gradually deals 45 damage over time to enemies who are close enough to it while slowing them down and disabling their Ultimates and skills. Enemies who end up inside it will take 60 damage over time and will be left almost completely blind and frozen on the spot, where they will remain vulnerable until the spell ends. Meanwhile, the spell also engulfs the map in a flurry which applies a hefty fog effect and light blue screen tint to enemies within 100 studs from the caster, whilst teammates/party members’ visions aren’t heavily affected at all. After the spell’s 8 second duration, the cyclone calms and fades, the flurry seizes, and all frozen enemies are released.

Spell Type | Multi-Projectile |
Spell Description | "Throw two magic snowballs that can chill enemies" |
Spell Info | As a small mound of magic snow appears in front of their feet, the caster kneels down, pulls two snowballs from the mound, then stands up after 3 quarters of a second and throws them one after the other as gravity-affected projectiles. Each snowball deals 95 damage and creates a white, 2.5 second heavy fog effect on the target’s screen. If one hits, the target will receive frostbite for the fog’s duration, but if both hit, they will be completely frozen instead. If they hit a solid wall or floor, they will leave a 3 second splotch of snow where they landed.
|
Spell 2 | Flurry Fall (フラリーフォール/Furarīfōru) |
Spell Type | AoE |
Spell Description | "Bring down a heavy flurry of snow where you choose" |
Spell Info | The caster creates a large cloud a fair distance above the ground, covering a 35-stud diameter circle below it, which a moment after forming, rains down a dense rain of snowballs within a second before dissipating, dealing 50 damage every quarter of that one second and freezing enemies in place with a heavy white fog effect (Lasts for 1.5 seconds after the rain stops) while also leaving a 39-stud diameter sheet of snow on the ground affected.
|
Spell 3 | Fort Crusher (フォートクラッシャー/Fōtokurasshā) |
Spell Type | Projectile |
Spell Description | "Push a giant snowball with the capability to crush anything in its path" |
Spell Info | The caster creates a giant snowball (With a 13-stud radius) in front of them, then pushes it in any direction they’re aiming (Or in the direction of anything they are locked onto). The ball rolls at a quick speed, destroys certain walls and defenses, and catches all enemies who are run over inside itself whilst dealing 250 damage to them. It gets smaller as it travels, leaving a trail of snow behind itself, until it finally collapses after 3.5 seconds, releasing anything stuck inside.
|

Enemies caught in the wind will be pushed back with a 1.5 second trip, dealt 85 damage, and given a 3 second frostbite effect.
|
Spell 2 | Winter Whirlwind (ウィンターワールウィンド/U~intāwāruu~indo) |

If an enemy gets too close, they will receive a light blue tint on their screen and will move 50% slower while also taking 45 damage over time (All effects persist for 3 seconds after they leave the wind). After the wind disappears, the caster will drop back down to the ground on their feet again.
|
