Poison is a Superior Element (and a Fusion Element) designed for Elemental Battlegrounds, created by 410Gone (can also be referred to as Expunged). Its color palette is almost exclusively a drab violet, with the uniform palette only being broken up by a much more vivid tone of violet. It's medal depicts a skull with crossbones, seemingly melting as if it were a liquid.
Poison is centered around burn damage, taking its time to get to its full potential instead of dealing loads of damage all at once. It starts off at seemingly low amounts of damage, but stacks up to deal devastating amounts.
This Element is obtained with a fusion of Acid (1300 Diamonds) and Nature (450 Diamonds), with an additional cost of a relatively small 1200 Diamonds to fuse.
Summary[]
As stated before, Poison may be slow to kill it's foes, but with enough skill and a pinch of patience, it can be extremely lethal to opponents. In general, the spells have a cancerous performance, whether you're using it in a combo or not. However, the spells also are slightly predictable, with a tiny, but not astronomically small time window to get away before the damage plays out. Some spells are also rather slow to hit things, sort of making up for it's ungodly damage output. The damage output may also be able to be doused off with good enough Healing spells. To top the weaknesses off, every spell costs lots of mana. Poisonous Arrows is slow and very easy to evade if you have enough skill, but can be complete cancer if you manage to hit your opponents anyway, with a total damage output of a devastating 2400 damage. Neurotoxic Fumes takes some time at first (2.5 seconds), but after those moments, you'll cover a large area with a burn damage that tallies up to 750 damage. It's not much compared to others, but at the same time, it covers a large radius. Toxic Touch not only can damage opponents if they lay a finger on you, but it can also negate Contact spells, damaging opponents instead. Though it only does 100 damage at a time, the burn damage can stack if touching an opponent multiple times, which can also deal a heavy damage output. It can also be excellent combo fuel, especially when paired up with Transportation spells.
Spells[]
Zone | Response |
---|---|
Spell 1 | Poisonous Arrows |
Spell Type | Multi-Projectile |
Spell Description | “The caster summons arrows coated in a magical poison to pierce opponents and deal low amounts of damage overtime, eventually adding up to medium damage in total for each arrow, with a full potential of very massive damage.” |
Spell Info | The user shoots about 8 (12 if fully charged) medium-sized, slightly slow, drab violet arrows, each of them doing burn damage of about 20 every second, in a span of 10 seconds, dealing a total of 200 damage per arrow (this spell is therefore capable of dealing up to a whopping 2400 damage). This can be extremely deadly to players, especially if they don’t have a Healing spell on them yet.

Spell 2 | Neurotoxic Fumes |
Spell Type | Area of Effect |
Spell Description | “The caster releases a large dose of toxic fumes via blasts to poison opponents and hijack their brains, not only dealing high damage, but also covering up their vision in a blur.” |
Spell Info | The user rises up to the air, turns their arms to the ground, before firing harmless purple beams. This does not mean this spell does no damage, however, as when they land (which takes about 2.5 seconds), they immediately create a large circle of purple colored smoke (supposed to be toxic gas), dealing burn damage to any opponent that steps in, with 75 damage every second, totalling up to a sum of 750 damage (10 seconds long). Along with that, all damaged opponents will have their vision obstructed by a dense blur.
|
Spell 3 | Toxic Touch |
Spell Type | Body Transformation (technically also doubles as a Shielding spell) |
Spell Description | “The caster imbues their own skin with a poisonous substance, poisoning opponents who touch, punch, or use contact spells on them.” |
Spell Info | The user rises up to the air by a few studs, before their body colors transition into a purple color. (Accessories are unaffected.) After this, they do not gain a speed, damage or defense boost. Instead, any opponents that touch, punch, or cast contact spells on them will receive burn damage of 25 per second by a time span of 5 seconds, totalling up to 100 damage. This may seem like total garbage, but, if enemies touch the user multiple times, the burn damage will stack. This spell can be extremely deadly when combined with Transportation spells, such as Water Tumble or Lightning Flash. After 30 seconds, the spell wears off, leaving only 10 seconds of the cooldown. |
Trivia[]
- The Spell 2 slot was originally gonna be taken be a beam of poison, but this idea was scrapped in favor of Neurotoxic Fumes, since the idea was too unoriginal in the first place.
- Spell 4 and the Ultimate have not been decided as of now.
- The infobox in this page uses the one ConnorLegendscribe uses, but multiple spaces haven't been filled out.
- This was originally created in Google Docs. The document can be found here.
