Pressure[]
Pressure is a Superior Element (or Fusion Element). It's color pallete consits of greyish white, shades of oranges and yellow. The magic circle depicts objects being pressed down by immense pressure.
Pressure is created for extremely high damage, it also can crush objects or people. However, the magic can be incredibly slow, also has skills that are delayed. As visual effects, there are white grids, which are shown to mark pressure locations.
It is a fusion between Earth and Explosion, and costs additional 300 diamonds.
Summary[]
Pressure can be viewed as a extremege damage dealer, it is extremely effective in close range and is not bad in long range as well. However, it might be not as good in combo potential as only magic because skills can be interrupted by other Pressure's skills. Not only damage, the magic also specialized in self defense, because it can move objects away and destroy them, for example, compress is good for both damage, projectile destuction and even a push. If enemy still reaches you, you can use contanct skill and still heavily damage them or even escape away by Transport move. AoE will keep people in range and possible push them away as well. Overall, Pressure is powerful Element, as it consists from both Earth and Explosion, and is not very hard to use but, it is very mana costly and has somewhat long cooldowns.
Spells[]
Compress[]
Spell 1 Type: Projectile
Spell 1 Description: Chargeable spell, the caster can compress air in front of them, sending like a wave of compressed "wave" in their enemies. User rises their hand in from of them, creating a magic circle and sends a wave of immensely compressed air, the wave will travel a very long distance, it can extend almost from one end of the arena, to other. Players or projectiles that are caught in pressed zone be immediately pushed and crushed in the wave's direction, with exact same speed with without damage. As a downside, the wave by itself doesn't damage, it only causes massive damage when player is directly crushed at the wall/surface. Crushed players will create craters on the walls/surface, similiar to Explosion's projectile spell. The move will be slightly different based on how it is charged:
- No charge: Caster compresses air, and the wave will be slightly wider than the full charged one, however, the push and damage wont be that strong. Deals 350 damage.
- Full Charge: Caster immensely compresses air and causes high pressure, the wave will be less wider, however the damage, range are incrased. Deals 450 damage.
- Consumes 325 Mana, 9 seconds cooldown.
Matter Squeeze[]
Spell 2 Type: Contact
Spell 2 Description: Similiar to Dragon's contact, this skill can still do something with a failed cast. Caster immensely compresses air in front of them, pulling people and damaging them. User creates a white grid with a range of Time's contact, then, with a delay caster creates a "sphere" of immensely compressed air, the high pressure will force and pull multiple players (in Temporal Trap's range too) closer to the sphere and them the pressure causes huge explosion, visually, that explosion is "pillar" type and is colored orange, it also pushes players upwards similiar to Phoenix's Soul Plunge. While pulled players are stunned and are slightly damaged. Explosion deals 300 damage.
Consumes 250 Mana, 10 seconds cooldown.
Restrain[]
Spell 3 Type: AoE
Spell 3 Description: User suspends enemies in midair and presses them by 2 pressure forces. Aimable move with a nice radius, the caster creates a white grid, then the high pressure will come from white grid and push all players in range in midair, right when players are in midair, creates second pressure source, coming from the top and press people. Forces will restrain people and won't let them escape, dealing slight damage over time, and, after a delay the forces squeeze closer to a players which creates a huge explosion that knocks people away. The move can have a similiar mechanic to Acid's Sewer burst and can be spawned on a wall too, when pressure comes from wall the second will come from another side, therefore can be right and left or bottom and top. After the explosion, one of the pressure sources can still be active, and is random. Bottom pressure will crush players and all moving projectiles upwards, with no damage. Top pressure crushes people down with a damage, but doesn't crush projectiles.
- Consumes 400 Mana, 8 seconds cooldown
Heaviness[]
Spell 4 Type: Transport
Spell 4 Description: Caster jumps midair then, after a small delay crushes down in desired location. Spell strenght depends on charge, user marks location with a white grid, then hops in air very high and crushes down with a directed pressure. The pressure type is similiar to 1st move, it will be a wave that comes from sky and alsts for ~2 seconds, crushing down everyone on its way, even projectiles. Pressure will make a explosion and a shockwave similiar to contact spell and slow down for ~ 2 seconds (depends). Then, the heaviness of pressure can be affected of charge, too:
- No charge: Caster only make a small crater and stuns people for 0.5 seconds, dealing about 250 damage.
- Full Charge: Caused overpressure will make a huge explosion and a shockwave, stunning people for ~2 seconds (including caster), and deals 150 damage (crush) and 250 (explosion)
- Consumes 350 Mana, 7 seconds cooldown.
Immense Pressure[]
Spell 5 Type: Ultimate
Spell 5 Description: First, makes a huge grid in size of Explosion's Ultimate, and the move comes up with different modes; it can be directed in different ways by choice. Then, in the grid's range caster slowly compresses air and people in range of it will be grabbed closer to the center and stunned. After a small delay, people and pressure finally move in same direction in high speeds, if perssure directed on surfaces it heavily slams people and locks them in same place, making shockwaves and craters. During it, the wave keeps compressing, damaging people even more by time, when air is compressed enough it gets very narow and the pressure is so high, it turns into a pulse of explosive energy directed to people and explodes on contact, dealing high damage. Modes:
- Surface directed: Can slam people in the walls etc. The damage of crush will depend on lenght of pressure.
- Air directed: Pushes people incredibly high, as a result, people get additional constant damage and then explode in the sky.
- Consumes 1000 Mana, 90 seconds cooldown,
Trivia[]
- Grid visual effects are inspired by Crash magic from one of Fairy Tale games.
- The mechanic of Compress can sound like Telekinesis' Propel from EGG by rentabean.
- All of the skills are based on directed compressed air.
- The Ultimate has exact range as Darkness' Ultimate.
- Restrain can be stopped by user itself if they release fully charged Compress or Matter Squeeze.
- Explanation Behind the Fusion: Earth represents a hard object which can cause the pressure or be under force, 2 objects can press each other too, Explosions represents explosive nature of magic caused by overpressures, therefore mixing these both makes Pressure if that makes sense.
